Inventory

Manage your product inventory and stock levels.

Adding Products

1. Navigate to Inventory 2. Click "Add Product" 3. Fill in product details:

• Name: Product name
• SKU: Stock keeping unit (optional)
• Barcode: Scan or enter barcode (optional)
• Category: Product category
• Price: Selling price
• Cost: Purchase cost (for profit calculations)
• Stock: Initial quantity
• Low Stock Threshold: Alert level

4. Click "Save"

Barcode Scanning

Use a barcode scanner to quickly add products:

• Connect a USB barcode scanner
• Click the barcode field
• Scan the product barcode
• The barcode will be automatically entered

Stock Adjustments

Manually adjust stock levels: 1. Find the product in inventory 2. Click "Adjust Stock" 3. Enter the adjustment amount (positive or negative) 4. Select a reason (sale, return, damage, etc.) 5. Click "Adjust"

Low Stock Alerts

Products below their low stock threshold are highlighted in red. Review these regularly to reorder stock.

Editing Products

1. Click the edit icon next to a product 2. Update any fields 3. Click "Save"

Deleting Products

1. Click the trash icon next to a product 2. Confirm deletion
