1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the website and services provided by XCodeSol ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of these terms, do not use our website or services.
2. Professional Services
XCodeSol provides professional digital services including, but not limited to:
- Custom Web Development (React, Laravel, Node.js, etc.)
- AI Solutions and Integration
- Digital Marketing and SEO Optimization
- UI/UX Design and Branding
Specific project deliverables, timelines, and payment terms will be governed by individual Service Agreements or Statements of Work (SOW).
3. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise specified in a written agreement, all custom code, designs, and digital assets created by XCodeSol for a client will be transferred to the client upon final payment. However, XCodeSol retains ownership of pre-existing frameworks, libraries, and proprietary AI implementation methodologies.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing necessary access, content, and feedback required for project completion. Delays caused by the client may result in adjustments to project timelines and costs.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, XCodeSol shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services or website. We do not guarantee specific financial results from our SEO or digital marketing services.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
7. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which XCodeSol operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.
