Troubleshooting

Activation Fails

  • Confirm the key belongs to xcodesol-clinic-suite.
  • Confirm the site can reach https://xcodesol.com/api.
  • Check that the domain is allowed by the license policy.
  • Reactivate if plugin files were changed after activation.

Dashboard Stays Locked

Use Validate on the license panel after confirming the domain, subscription status, expiry, and activation limit. If the plugin checksum or fingerprint changed, deactivate and activate again.

REST API Returns 403

Confirm the WordPress user has the required Clinic Suite capability and that the license state is valid. License endpoints are intentionally exempt so administrators can recover locked installations.

WooCommerce Checkout Is Missing

Install and activate WooCommerce, then save Clinic Suite settings so the consultation product can be created or selected.
