Installation

Requirements

  • WordPress 6.4 or newer.
  • PHP 8.2 or newer.
  • Administrator access to install and activate plugins.
  • WooCommerce 8.0 or newer when using consultation checkout links.

Steps

1. Download the xcodesol-clinic-suite.zip package from the XCodeSol customer portal. 2. In WordPress, open Plugins > Add New > Upload Plugin. 3. Upload the ZIP package and activate the plugin. 4. Open Clinic Suite from the WordPress admin menu. 5. Enter the license key from the XCodeSol purchase email or customer portal. 6. After activation, configure clinics, branches, departments, doctors, schedules, billing, and staff access.

Activation Behavior

On plugin activation, Clinic Suite creates database tables, installs roles and capabilities, sets uninstall retention defaults, and installs frontend pages used by the workflow.
