Clinic Suite includes invoice and payment workflows plus optional WooCommerce consultation checkout links.

Invoices

Invoices can be created for patients with amount, type, status, and payment metadata. Payments can be recorded against invoices from the dashboard or REST API.

WooCommerce Checkout

When WooCommerce is active, the plugin can create or reuse a hidden virtual product named Clinic Consultation. Checkout links attach invoice metadata so WooCommerce orders can be connected back to clinic invoices.

Pricing

Consultation pricing is configured inside Clinic Suite settings. Plugin licensing is separate from patient billing and is managed through XCodeSol.
