Configuration

After activation, open Clinic Suite > Settings.

General Settings

• Consultation product ID controls the WooCommerce product used for checkout links.
• Default consultation fee is used when creating the hidden consultation product.
• Default currency controls billing display defaults.
• Data retention days control retention workflow behavior.
• Uninstall cleanup determines whether plugin data is preserved or removed on uninstall.

First Setup Checklist

1. Create the main clinic. 2. Add branches when the clinic has multiple locations. 3. Create departments. 4. Add doctors and assign departments. 5. Assign staff roles to WordPress users. 6. Configure schedules and availability. 7. Test appointment booking and queue check-in. 8. Configure billing and WooCommerce if checkout links are needed.
