Troubleshooting

License activation fails

  • Confirm the license key belongs to xcodesol-restaurant-marketplace.
  • Confirm the domain matches the purchase or allowed activation policy.
  • Check that the server can reach https://xcodesol.com/api.
  • Confirm the XCodeSol API migration and seed records exist.
  • Review the last error shown on the activation screen.

Dashboard stays locked

  • Validate the license again from the activation screen.
  • Check whether the license was revoked, expired, or activated on another domain.
  • Confirm the local WordPress options table is writable.
  • Clear object cache if stale option values are being served.

WooCommerce requirement error

Install and activate WooCommerce 8.0 or newer.

Missing admin assets

Run the plugin build process and confirm assets/admin/build/index.js and assets/admin/build/style.css exist in the deployed plugin package.

Restaurant data is not visible

Check the user's capabilities and restaurant staff access records. Marketplace administrators can see all records, while restaurant users are limited by tenant access checks.
