XCodeSol Restaurant Marketplace Documentation

Installation

Install the plugin from the ZIP package supplied through XCodeSol.

Requirements

  • WordPress 6.2 or newer.
  • PHP 8.2 or newer.
  • WooCommerce 8.0 or newer.
  • A WordPress administrator account.
  • A valid XCodeSol Restaurant Marketplace license key.

Steps

1. Open WordPress Admin. 2. Go to Plugins > Add New > Upload Plugin. 3. Upload the xcodesol-restaurant-marketplace ZIP package. 4. Activate the plugin. 5. Open the Restaurants admin menu. 6. Enter the XCodeSol license key on the activation screen. 7. Configure marketplace settings, staff roles, restaurants, menus, and ordering modules.

Activation behavior

The plugin creates its database tables during activation and first admin boot. If WooCommerce is missing or PHP is below the minimum version, activation is blocked.

The dashboard and protected REST APIs remain locked until license activation succeeds.
