Services
Services define what customers can book. Configure duration, price, deposit behavior, capacity, buffer time, and any intake fields needed by the booking form.
Staff
Staff records define who or what can accept bookings. A staff member can be a person, room, resource, or team queue depending on the business workflow.
Assignments
Assign staff to services before publishing booking slots. Availability is calculated from service settings, staff schedules, date overrides, existing bookings, capacity, and optional calendar busy-time data.
Routing
Booking Suite supports round-robin, collective, and priority routing patterns so the booking form can pick the right staff member when customers do not select one directly.
