XCodeSol Booking Suite
XCodeSol Booking Suite is a free WordPress booking and scheduling plugin for appointment-based businesses. It includes service catalogs, staff and resource scheduling, availability rules, public booking forms, admin booking management, booking status workflows, email reminders, Stripe payment intents and refunds, Google Calendar and Outlook busy-time sync, Zoom meeting creation, Twilio SMS notifications, REST API endpoints, and developer hooks. The plugin runs with committed assets and does not require a runtime build step.
Terms
XCodeSol Booking Suite is provided as a free WordPress plugin for now. Site owners may install and use the plugin without a paid marketplace license while the free listing remains active.
Site owners remain responsible for service pricing, staff schedules, customer booking data, payment configuration, tax settings, notification settings, external integration credentials, backups, access permissions, and compliance obligations configured inside WordPress.
External services such as Stripe, Google Calendar, Microsoft Outlook, Zoom, and Twilio are optional and are used only when configured by the site owner. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
Privacy
XCodeSol Booking Suite stores booking operations data in the WordPress database, including services, staff records, availability, booking details, customer contact details, payment references, notification logs, and integration settings.
When optional integrations are enabled, the plugin may send relevant booking, payment, calendar, meeting, or SMS data to the configured provider. Stripe, Google Calendar, Microsoft Outlook, Zoom, and Twilio are not contacted unless the site owner enables the related feature and enters credentials.
XCodeSol does not collect payment card details inside WordPress. Stripe payment collection uses Stripe-hosted APIs and Stripe.js when enabled by the site owner.
