Locations

Locations represent client sites where guards are deployed.

Location Record Fields

| Field | Description | |---|---| | Code | Unique location identifier (auto-generated or custom). | | Name | Location or site name. | | Client | Associated client name. | | Address | Site address. | | Guard count | Number of guards deployed at this location. | | Rate per guard | Billing rate per guard (PKR). | | Tax percent | Tax percentage applied to invoices for this location. | | Advance paid | Total advance amount paid for this location. |

Workflows

Add a location

1. Go to Main > Locations. 2. Click Add location. 3. Fill in the required fields. 4. Click Save.

Assign guards to a location

When creating or editing a guard, select the location from the dropdown. One location can have multiple guards assigned.
