The marketplace seed configures the product as:

  • Activation limit: 1 production installation.
  • Update access: 365 days.
  • Localhost and staging domains: allowed for setup and testing.

What Marketplace Licensing Covers

Marketplace licensing covers checkout, customer records, license records, package access, download events, version metadata, renewal events, and support entitlement in the XCodeSol sales system.

The school ERP application itself is a standalone installable package. After installation, access is controlled by the app's own login system, tenant resolution, roles, permissions, and active module settings.

Delivery

Upload the current installable ZIP through the marketplace admin workflow or set a plugin_versions.package_path/zip_url value after packaging. The seed intentionally leaves package path and ZIP URL empty so the production package can be attached separately.
