- Confirm the license belongs to
xcodesol-wp-multichannel-woo. - Confirm the domain in WordPress matches the domain being activated.
Sync actions are paused
- Check the subscription status on the license screen.
- Check billing status in the XcodeSol customer dashboard.
- Review validation and activation logs.
Channel connection fails
- Recheck credentials or OAuth app settings.
- Confirm the channel API account has the required permissions.
- Use plugin logs and health status to isolate the failing integration.
Updates are unavailable
- Confirm the subscription is active.
- Confirm a current package/version is published in XcodeSol.
