Overview

XCodeSol MillFlow ERP is a WordPress admin ERP for flour mills. It brings weighbridge slips, parties, inventory, production batches, bag stock, ledger entries, reports, role capabilities, audit history, and offline queue handling into one plugin.

Core workflows

• Capture inward and outward weighbridge entries with moisture deduction and net weight calculations.
• Track wheat, flour outputs, bran, packaging, and other inventory items.
• Record production batches with extraction rate, loss percentage, and approval status.
• Manage suppliers, customers, brokers, transporters, trucks, and ledger balances.
• Queue writes locally when the admin dashboard is offline and sync when the browser reconnects.

Licensing

The ERP is locked until a valid XCodeSol license is activated from the WordPress admin screen. Activation binds the license to the site domain and stores a signed local state for short offline grace periods.
