License Activation Fails
Check that the license key, domain, and plugin slug match the purchased plugin.
Domain Mismatch
If the site was cloned or moved, deactivate the old domain and reactivate the license for the new domain.
Checkout Or Updates Are Blocked
Confirm the license is active, payment is current, and update access has not expired.
Debug Checklist
- WooCommerce is active.
- License API URL is configured.
- The site can make outbound HTTPS requests.
- Domain policy allows the current environment.
- The plugin package has not been modified unexpectedly.
