A mid-sized European manufacturing enterprise was drowning in fragmented legacy systems. Inventory tracked in spreadsheets, HR on paper, finance on disconnected software, sales on a separate CRM — 80+ hours/week wasted on manual data entry with 15% error rates and zero real-time visibility for leadership.
XCodeSol deployed a fully integrated Laravel Enterprise ERP consolidating procurement, inventory, HR, finance, and sales into a single source of truth. We spent 2 weeks conducting on-site stakeholder interviews, mapping every workflow, and identifying 37 redundant data entry points before writing code.
Built with Laravel 10, Vue.js 3 SPA, Laravel WebSockets + Redis for real-time updates, and Laravel Horizon for job processing. Delivered in 2-week sprints — HR first, then procurement, inventory, finance, sales — each going live every two weeks. The CEO now checks inventory from his phone. Inventory accuracy jumped from 85% to 99.7%. Monthly close dropped from 14 days to 2 days. System handles 500+ concurrent users at sub-200ms response times.
