Real Estate Listing Engine
High-Performance Property Search — 60% Faster, 25% More Leads
Project Specifications & Scope
Project Overview & Objectives
A Canadian real estate platform with 50,000+ listings was losing agents and buyers to competitors. Their legacy React app had 8-second page loads, zero SEO (client-side rendering), broken maps on 30% of mobile sessions, and a lead form converting at 1.2%. Estimated revenue leakage: $180K/month.
XCodeSol rebuilt with Next.js SSR — Google now indexes all 50,000+ property pages with JSON-LD structured data. Algolia instant search delivers results in <50ms vs 3–5 second full-page reloads. Google Maps property explorer uses supercluster algorithm for smooth 50K-marker rendering, with viewport sync, price heatmap, polygon draw, and transit overlays.
Lead capture redesigned from 8 fields to 3 — conversion jumped 208%. Social proof badges and context-aware CTAs drive action. Cloudinary dynamic transforms cut image payload by 94%. Result: indexed pages 42×, organic traffic up 211%, agent leads up 25%.
