2. License The Plugin is licensed under the GNU General Public License v2.0 or later. You are free to use, modify, and distribute the software in accordance with this license.
3. Plugin Functionality Thern Plugin provides automation services for WooCommerce store events. Whilern we strive for 100% uptime and reliability, the Plugin is provided "as rnis." We do not guarantee that workflows will execute without error or rnthat external service integrations will be permanently compatible.
4. External Service Integrations Thern Plugin allows connection to third-party services (e.g., Stripe, Google,rn Mailchimp, Slack, Twilio). Your use of these services is governed by rntheir respective Terms of Service. You are responsible for maintaining rnvalid API credentials and complying with their usage policies.
5. Subscriptions & Payments Accessrn to certain premium features may require a paid subscription processed rnvia Stripe. All payment terms, renewals, and cancellations are handled rnthrough the Stripe billing portal. We do not store credit card rninformation on your server.
6. Limitation of Liability Torn the maximum extent permitted by law, Xcodesol shall not be liable for rnany indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of rndata or store revenue) arising from the use or inability to use the rnPlugin.
Privacy
1. Data Collection and Storage
- Local Storage: Thern Plugin stores workflow definitions, integration settings, and executionrn logs (which may contain order IDs, customer emails, and product rndetails) within your local WordPress database. This data stays on your rnserver and is not accessible to Xcodesol.
- Administrative Data: Wern may collect the site URL and administrator email solely for the purposern of managing license activations and subscription status.
2. Data Shared with Third Parties The Plugin only shares data with third-party services that you explicitly configure and enable. This may include:
- Stripe: Metadata (Store URL, Email, Session IDs) for subscription management.
- Google Sheets: Order and customer data appended to your specified spreadsheets.
- Mailchimp: Subscriber details (Email, Name) added to your marketing audiences.
- Twilio/Slack: Message content and recipient identifiers sent for notifications.
3. No Sensitive Payment Data Thern Plugin does not process or store sensitive payment information (such asrn credit card numbers). All payment transactions are handled securely by rnStripe.
4. Cookies Thern Plugin’s admin interface may use standard WordPress cookies to maintainrn your session and preferences while using the workflow builder.
5. User Rights Asrn the data controller for your WooCommerce store, you are responsible forrn ensuring your customers' data is handled in compliance with local laws rn(such as GDPR or CCPA). You can delete workflow logs and integration rnsettings at any time through the Plugin's administrative dashboard.
