Key Business Results & Performance Metrics
Client Challenges & Problem Scope
45 Years of Phone-Only Orders
SureGreen Landscape Supply had been serving Chicagoland since 1976 with loyal customers built through word-of-mouth. But every order came by phone. Every price quote needed manual lookup. With 20+ products across mulch, soil, stone, sand, gravel, and firewood categories, the business was losing customers who wanted to browse and order online.
Engineered Solutions & Technical Strategy
Full Product Catalog with Transparent Pricing
We built an e-commerce website organized by product category: Mulch Types (Premium Blend, Shredded Hardwood, Blonde Cedar, Dyed Black/Brown/Red, Play Mat, Tree Chips), Soil Options (Topsoil, Mushroom Compost, Garden Mix, Fill Soil, Custom Mix), Stone Options (Gravel Grade 8, River Rock, CA7 Limestone, Screening, Torpedo Sand, Mason Sand), and Firewood. Each product shows per-yard or per-ton pricing with clear pickup/delivery options.
