How a 30-Year Gold Coast Salon Chain Went Digital with Online Booking & E-Commerce
Blush Beauty Salons had two thriving Gold Coast locations and 30 years of expertise — but no online booking or digital product sales.
A Gold Coast salon chain with 30+ years of heritage was entirely offline. XCodeSol built a luxury WordPress website with dual-location booking and a WooCommerce beauty shop.
Key Business Results & Performance Metrics
Client Challenges & Problem Scope
30 Years of Expertise, Zero Digital Presence
Blush Beauty & Skin had been a Gold Coast institution for 30+ years with two locations in Robina and Runaway Bay. Their reputation for clinical-grade aesthetic and dermal treatments was stellar — but clients could not book online, browse services digitally, or buy beauty products outside of an in-clinic visit. All bookings were phone calls. The service menu was a printed brochure. Product sales were counter-only impulse purchases. A business with 30+ years of premium heritage was invisible online.
Engineered Solutions & Technical Strategy
Luxury + Clinical: A Website That Reflects the Brand
We designed a custom WordPress website with the brand's signature blush pink palette, luxury typography, and professional photography. Services are organized into three categories: Advanced Skin Treatments (needling, IPL, HIFU, Plasmalift), Aesthetic Treatments (volume loss, wrinkle reduction, Rejuran), and Beauty Services (brows, lashes, waxing, facials, massage, tanning, makeup, piercing).
Dual-Location Booking & E-Commerce
A custom booking integration lets clients select Robina or Runaway Bay and book directly. Each clinic has dedicated contact details with Google Maps integration. The WooCommerce shop sells beauty products online for delivery or pickup. Gift packages featured on dedicated landing pages. Both locations managed from one WordPress admin panel.

Content, Testing & Launch
Service menu content loaded. Downloadable brochure. Holiday promo landing page. Cross-browser and mobile testing. Go-live with 301 redirects.
Impact Analysis & Business Outcomes
The website successfully brought Blush Beauty Salons' 30-year heritage online. Clients can now browse the full service menu, book appointments at either location, and shop beauty products — all from their phone. The dual-location booking system streamlined operations across both clinics, and the e-commerce shop opened a new recurring revenue stream beyond in-clinic services.
Client Testimonial & Endorsement
“XCodeSol created a beautiful website that perfectly captures our brand. The online booking system has made it so much easier for our clients to schedule appointments across both locations, and our product sales have grown through the online shop.”
